Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?
All sales are final. As Orders are shipped before 5-7 business days. In some cases, If the product is defective you’ll be asked to send photos before a refund or store credit is issued.

What happens if my order is returned to the sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reship fee listed on our website. Ruvè Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by Australia Post or any other shipping partners we might use. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of your order.
